My name is Lukács Orsolya, I live in Miercurea Ciuc with my mother. I am in 12th grade in Márton Áron High School at Social Sciences specialization.

Q: Why did you choose this specialization?

Lukács Orsolya: I chose Social Sciences because I was always fond of humanities and I wanted to study languages. I study several materials which help me to broaden my view. My favourite subjects are Psychology, History and Geography.

Q: What do you do in your free time?

Lukács Orsolya: As a graduate I have very little free time but I still do Pilates exercises because I would like to progress as much as possible in it because I would like to become a trainer in the future. Besides I make some time for “art”, I make jewelleries and accessories out of plasticine.

Q: How did you find Pilates? How are these types of exercises special?

Lukács Orsolya: I took up Pilates 5 years ago when I was diagnosed with scoliosis. An acquaintance of mine suggested me to try it out which had wonderful results in just a few months. After that I started to take improving in it very seriously. Nowadays it became a way of living and a goal for me as I would also like to help others with it.

Q: Besides you also take part in voluntary activities…

Lukács Orsolya: The voluntary activities became very important to me because thanks to it I got to know many people and I could help those in need. I did voluntary work in some Caritas events then I helped in a kindergarten in the afternoons. I felt it very close to me, I mean taking care of children. Last summer I took part in a voluntary training thanks to the Caritas where I learnt many important things that can be used in my further voluntary work.

Q: Continuing your studies…

Lukács Orsolya: I would like to study physiotherapy at Oradea. I think that the need for professionals in this field is becoming greater and greater and I also think that I have the skills for it. I think this is the way I could help the people the most.

Q: What does the foundation’s help mean to you?

Lukács Orsolya: The foundation’s help means a lot to me, it helps me to improve myself in the activities that I like a lot. I would like to use this opportunity to thank them for their work and support!
