"Giving is the best communication"

Ágnes Bartalis – Fábián

I’m Ágnes Bartalis-Fábián and I was born in Miercurea Ciuc/Csíkszereda. Currently, I’m a 4th-year student at the faculty of pharmacology at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mureș.

When did you decide to become a pharmacist? Why did you choose this course?

I realized in 12th grade that the job of a pharmacist is the one that I could best fulfill. I also had other career options in mind, but I didn’t think any of them could have lasting results. Doing pharmacology is more than what most of us can think of when we hear this word.

You mentioned that you like looking toward the future and setting goals. What’s your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to establish a stable and prosperous future where I can do what I enjoy for a living, while being near my family.

How do you picture yourself in 10 years?

At the age of 32, I see myself as being an established pharmacist. My family will expand and all of us will be healthy.

What does it mean for you to be one of our scholarship recipients? How does it help you?

For me, being a scholarship recipient is very motivating for me to achieve short-term dreams. It also helps with the expenses that living in another city brings. It’s a privilege and I can be part of a charity group that always has positive intentions.

Message for the foundation:

I’m very thankful to the foundation for making me a part of their family and helping me continue my studies.
